Mode of administration and dosage

For Adults

Mix 10 ml ark (2 teaspoon) with 10 gm. honey (1 teaspoon) and 25 ml normal water (half a cup), take the mixture twice a day in morning empty stomach and before sleeping.

Dosage for Children

Reduce the quantity to half.
