My age is 28 years male. I have never indulged in any unlawful sex. A month back I got married. I had been over masturbating since 1999 and have been able to get rid of this only after my marriage now. Earlier in a week I would masturbate upto 4 times on an average. I used to have wet dreams/night fall occasionally, weakness, lack of immunity, poor digestion and easily caught cold.
But recently since last 4 yrs. I had started masturbating as high as 6 times a day and an average of 14 times in a week. I had also started doing electroejaculation (application of electricity to urethra, penis, testicles, etc. for stimulation and leading to forced ejaculation) and prostate ejaculation/milking (application of pressure on prostate through anal orifice leading to prostate fluid emission) as I had become over obsessed with masturbation. I used to watch porn sites all night long and could not think of anything else but sex.
Now while having sex with my wife I am suffering from weak erection, premature ejaculation (I ejaculate within a minute) and feel extreme weakness after sex. My hair on head has become thin and less and around 15 of them have turned white all of a sudden since last 9 months. I have also started facing visibility and memory problems. Sometimes I feel complete blackness in front of my eyes and a heaviness in my head also.
Please prescribe me the appropriate medicines and help me save my precious life which I have ruined and wasted all these years out of ignorance.
