I have a son of 8 yrs old presently suffering from ADHD and mild autism with learning disability. I am giving him 3 tablet of divya medha vati and ashwagandharisht twice after meal every day from 3-4 months. There is little improvement in his behaviour. Please advice me how can I improve his overall behaviour and mental health.

Since my father died on18th feb in cancer and suffered a lot and since then i used sleeping peals to sleep and now a days i cant sleep and always have a mental fear.I am a tax practioner my now-a-days i cant work any more for lack of concentration and mental fear.life have become a troublesome for me and i dont want to live any more.always i have a mental fear,nervousness ,monotonus and without any energy in mind.not interested to eat anything and always an unhealthy feeling in lower abdomen.pl.help.
