Mode of Administration

Medicine No. 1,2 - 2-2 tab. from each to be taken after breakfast & dinner with hot water.

Medicine No. 3 - 1-2 teaspoons to be taken in the morning and before bed with luke warm cow's milk.

Medicine No. 4 - Massage this oil on the affected joints with a light pressure.
