Irritable bowel syndrome usually caused because of irregular eating habbits and junk food, so avoid eaing junk food and spicy food. Do eat on regular and on fixed timings of having your meals. A person suffering from diarrhea and IBL must eat large amount of fibres in the diet, have lots of salads before having meals. It is recommend to take Diarrhoea, Dysentry, Toxic byproduct package of Swami ramdev medicine. Medicine is to be continued for atleast 3 months.
