i am 40 years man lives in Gaborone since 13 years i have diagnosed high blood pressure.I have started to tale divya mukta vati i feel very good and my pressure come to the normal.i wish to visit patanjali ashram and learn the right technic to do pranayams and yoga...i always found that with my right nostril i can take long breath but with left nostril i cant..why?

I am having several severe disabling conditions like: Diabetes since 34 years since taking insulin shots, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Unbearable constipation and Gastric trouble as well for which hospitalized some times,
Other common conditions: Depression, continuous cold allergy, asthma, insomnia, hypo thyroid, loosing weight if not maintained, energy fully exhausted for days if 1KG or more weight lifted and more.
Have been doing bear minimum Pranayams regularly, as body does exhaust all energy if done little more!!
Only babaji can guide me coming out of this health darkness.
Here I request with outcry to help me please.

I AM SUFFRING FROM TWO YEARS ASTHMATIC AND ALERGY PROBLEM

i am 15 sick for 2 years this is third year.it started with severe vomiting problem nobody could diagnose.alongwith headache and stomach ache. now also my stomach keeps moving like washing machine and i feel as if i will vomit all earlier Mri brain, patho reports, sonography taken 2 years back were normal ,last year gastroscopy dr. wrote mild reflux but no ulcers were seen.but he said duodenum opens slowly and he does not know why, he didnt tell any remedy beyond that.then this year when i had developed difficulty in breathing along with big stomach ache that iconstantly have one dr suggested barium meal and the radiologist has written different stages of duodenitis with moderate hiatalhernia, the surgeon says operate but the radio doesnt show us how much the stomach is pushed upward.i dont want surgey .please help urgently and advise what to dobecause i have lot of suffering.phone 94###08006

After 20 years, I am facing Shortness of breath (dyspnea) after walking around 1 km.Once I feel sensation of feeling the heart beat and sweating in last year.

since 2003 i am having problem of hypothyroidism.Taking thyronom 100mg daily. Recently started to learn yoga from pathanjali teacher .I am advised to take alovera /lauki and amla juice in water every morning.and to do breathing exercise .Please advise as the juice is making me feel feverish /cold
