I never had any health issues but I used Amalaki as a health tonic. It is anti aging and keep my skin glowing. I feel rejuvenated and immunity is good. I had bit of acidic problem after food which also went away after few days of use. Thaks for this wonderful product of LNR.

As Amalaki or Amla (Emblica officinalis) is having so many pharmacological actions such as antiartherosclerotic, Spasmolytic, Hypolipidaemic, Antimicrobial, Antifungal and Antioxidant properties. It is also believed that it is having Immunomodulatory, Antitumour, Hypoglycaemic, and Antiinflammatory properties. As an ayurvedic physician, I personally acknowledge that Amalaki Capsules is best rejuvenator. It can be used or consumed in different modes and different forms. There many other benefits of Amalaki Capsules as mentioned earlier. Amla is used for many medicines as stated in classical medicines and it can be as single drug also. Amla is a prime part of Triphala that Amla is one among three dry fruits (Amalaki - Phyllanthus emblica, Vibhitaki - Terminalia bellirica, and Haritiki - Terminalia chebula). As Amla is rich source of Vitamin C, it can be used as natural supplement for vitamin C source and helps to maintain tonicity of skin. Even it is indicated for multiple disorders, and Amla is particularly used for diabetes, and various ailments like hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and to boost immunity also Amalaki Capsules is given as medication. I use to give Amalaki Capsules for the patients who have hyperacidity, this medicine works very good when consumed in empty stomach or before consuming lunch or dinner as it enhances metabolism.
