3. pravala Pisti 10 gm
4. Godanti Bhasam 10 gm

Mode of Administration
Medicine No.1 - Boil one spoonful of the kwath with 400 ml. of water till 100 ml. remains, strain it out & take before Breakfast & Dinner.
Medicine No.2,3,4 - Mix all these three medicines together divide into 60 parts & take each an hour before breakfast & dinner with honey.
Medicine No.5 - 2-2 Tablets. Twice a day. Take after breakfast & dinner with luke-warm water/milk.
Dosage : 1 Month

My son's aged 9 and 14 are having migraine problem. Please tell me what quantity and dosage of Baba Ramdev's package of "Migraine, Chronic Headache & Depression" to be given to him. Is it the same quantity mentioned on the page on your website or is there any change.
Ayurvedic medicine is always better than allopathic medicine on long run.

Yes, you can give the same dosage to your sons. These medicines are better to use regularly for 3months and then can be reviewed. If the headache normally occurs more than 3times in a month, then please consult your nearest doctor to take some preventive medicine.
Migraine is a neurological problem with headache, vomiting, nausea, sensitivity to noise and digestive problems. In children, it is triggered more by altered sleep routines, skipped meals, excessive noise and harmonal fluctuations.
So it is better to make them eat healthy food without skipping and following a good sleep routine everyday. Many of them find good improvement with the symptoms in following this. Physical exercise like walking and running is also good.
Food triggers play a less important role but if you notice any food that increases the attack, you can try to stop eating that. It is also beneficial if they can attend an Yoga class where they can practise certain yogasanas like balasana, paschimottasana, padmasana and pranayamam.
