So try to eat small quantity of food with more frequencies. Please continue with the thyronorm regularly and do have the regular checkups. It is necessary to bring the TSH less than 4ng/dl with normal T3 and T4 levels. Medicines like Varunadi Kvath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily and Thyrocon for thyroid disorders can be taken for a month and reviewed.
