It looks like the case of Vata and Pitta imbalanced locally, causing so much of movement [flow] and pitta [ Blood ] leak out. It may be called as Asrigdaraa [Provisionally].
You need to take care of what you eat.
Sour items, hot and chilly,spicy foods should be avoided at all costs.
Meals should be as Bland as possible.
Some medicine like Posex forte,Phala dhara,M2 tone,patrangasna, will be very helpful, these have direct or indirect effect on Utreus and its functioning, provide soothing relief to Internal lining .Abhrak bhasma will also be good for you.

i have my period iregular .when i consult to doctor report comes polisystic overy appearance and hormone imbalance....when i was taking medicine ...period becoming regular.when no medicing its getting delayed aprox.2-3 month.once.....kindly guide me inthis matter and some patanjali medicine.....i am doing yoga ang pramayam since last one month.....but no result.....i am feeling tensed ....kindly guide me in this matter.....

It is necessary to regularise the periods in PCOD. I shall suggest you the basic medicines that will help to balance the harmone and improve the ovarian function. Healthy lifestyle changes will be beneficial to control the weight and it will improve the insulin resistance. It will also prevent the further growth of cysts in the ovaries.
Ayurvedic medicines like Sukumara kvath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily, kumaryasavam - 20ml after food twice daily, Sukumara lehyam - 1tsp before food twice daily and Posex Forte - 2tablets after food twice daily can be taken for a month and then reviewed.
Include figs, cumin, cinnamon, curry leaf, sesame seeds, horse gram, bottle gourd and plantain stem. Reduce excess canned foods, meat,oil, sugar, broccoli, soya and meat. Yogasanas like Marjaryasana, Navasana, Utkadasna, Paschimottasana, Padahastasana, Matsyasana, Dhanurasana, Uthithapadasana, Bhujangasana and Gomukhasana are beneficial. Please do have regular checkups as advised by your treating physician.
I am 4 year old unmarried woman. I had problem of heavy bleeding and fibroids were detected after USG. The fibroid currently measures 71.8* 64.5*64.4 mm. I have already taken 3 courses of 3 months each of Ullipristal Acetate. Please suggest a non-surgical treatment.

Please let me know your age and weight to guide you further. It is quiet natural for the fibroids to shrink during perimenopause. So if the bleeding is controlled with Ayurvedic medicines, fibroids can be managed without surgery. Please do have regular checkups with your treating gynecologist as advised.
