sir, I am 47yr old I have hypertension/prediabetic I am taking olmesartan 40 daily but not taking medicine for diabetes as doctor advised for only exercise and diet control my question is can I take zandu vigorex or only shilajit as I feel age need some rejuvenation as I regular exercise and feel pain . thank u

Please let me know your PPBS, RBS and HbA1c to guide you further. Please continue with the blood pressure medicine and do have regular checkups.
Ayurvedic medicines like Nisakadakadi kvath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily and IME - 9 for Diabetes can be taken for a month and then reviewed.
Zandu vigorex can be taken as a rejuvenative and it contains shilajith. It can be taken for a month and then reviewed.
Include bitter gourd, plantain stem, cumin, olive oil, flax seeds, turmeric, gokshuram and ginger. Reduce excess refined flour, salt, pungent spicy foods, sweet, oil and canned foods. Regular exercise, meditation, pranayamam and yogasanas will be beneficial to improve the control of blood sugar levels and a better health. Yogasanas like paschimottasana, trikonasana, halasana, supported sarvangasana, matsyasana, dhanurasana and pavanamuktasana can be practised everyday.

Zandu Vigorex is used to improve the stamina, energy levels, improve the sexual performance, corrects impotency, premature ejaculation. It contains minerals like makaradwaja, shilajith, svarna bhasmam, loha bhasmam along with the herbs gokshura, aswagandha, kapikacchu, safed musli, bhallataka, vidangam, jatiphala and hence has to be taken for the prescribed period like
3months and not more than a year. It can be taken based on the symptoms then reduced or stopped based on the improvement with the symptoms.
Psychological wellbeing is also important for the sexual health. So Yogasanas like vajrasana, halasana, sethubandasana, Padmasana, sukhasana, garudasana, sarvangasana and Pranayamam, meditation helps to improve the mental health by reducing the stress.
Eat healthy food along with garlic, ginger, asparagus, coriander, almonds, cinnamon, celery, nut meg, dark chocolate, capsicum, pomegranate. Reduce excess refined flour, salt, sugar and fatty food. It is better to avoid smoking or alcohol if you have the habit.
