  • Your items are shipped through Express Mail Service (Speed Post) of India Post.
  • Charges are applicable as per the weight of your ordered products.

Economy Shipping (10 - 20 days)

Your items are shipped through Registered Airmail Service of India Post.

A: Yes, you can also check your shipment status at India Post website at the link below, where you will find activities and status related to your shipment next day after it is booked. But keep in mind that it will only show you status about the Indian side of activities.

Q: Can I receive email notifications about my parcel every time the status is changed by courier company?

A: Please visit your country's postal website and track your order by providing the tracking number. Once your order summary appears you can subscribe for the email notifications there. You would find there option to enter your email id to receive notifications. (This option might not be provided by some of the postal websites)

Delivery of Orders

  1. Your order will be shipped to your delivery address with in 48 hours of receiving the order, Sunday and Holidays could be exception.
  2. Items are generally delivered to your delivery address within 1 - 2 weeks after the dispatch through EMS (Express Mail Service).

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are applicable as per your order total weight and the region of shipment delivery. So you pay shipping charges once for the total weight of your order and not for each product. This gives you flexibility to order more quantity with small variation in total cost. So Buy! more and SAVE! more in shipping.

Return / Refund Policy

  • In few rare cases if your product is lost in transit and does not reach you within 1 month, we will refund you 100% of your money.
  • We are confident that you will love our products, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please Contact us, within 7 days of merchandise receipt to initiate a return or exchange. Returned merchandise must be in original packaging, without the seal broken and in original, salable condition.

What is the expiration date on the products?

We ship fresh stock. The dates marked on the bottles is the DATE OF MANUFACTURE. Expiration dates are usually 3 years from date of manufacture.

Few Important Facts

  1. Flight delays, cancellations and custom delays are beyond our control.
  2. General delivery estimates / timings are met in almost all the orders. In few rare cases orders may sometimes get delayed due to postal and Customs authorities which is beyond our control. During heavy snow in winter or in festivals delivery may take little longer than the general estimate.
